About Charter Landing Real Estate:
Founded in 1994 by Ken and Deena C. Montgomery, specializing in Real Estate Sales, Development, Acquisitions, Investments, & Management dealing with Commercial, Residential and Vacant Land. 
 
Charter Landing has an extensive amount of experience at The Wharf.  In August, 2010 Charter Landing purchased 89 units at The Wharf/ Levin's Bend Condominiums, all of which were sold and closed in 5 weeks. They also negotiated the purchase on all of The Wharf retail from JP Morgan/Chase and additionally negotiated the sale of The Wharf amphitheater, marina and all vacant land from Regions Bank to the current owner, Mr. Art Farve.  
 
Charter Landing's experience is not limited to The Wharf. Some of their other ventures include:
  • Purchased 14 Grander Town Home waterfront units from Colonial Properties. All units sold and closed. 
  • Purchased 50 intra coastal waterfront acres.  Subdivided property into 5 each 10 acre parcels. All parcels sold and closed.  
  • Purchased 908 acres at Bon Secour Village from Redus Bank, have sold over 850 acres to date. 
  • Purchased the Note & Mortgage from Regions bank on Vista Bella, a hi-rise waterfront condominium project.  The project consisted of 20 remaining units, 16 boat slips, & 4 parking garages. All units sold and closed.
  • Purchased The Palm South Center, 26,000SF Retail Space, Gulf Shores, AL from Hancock Bank. Currently 100% leased.
  • Purchased & Developed 50 +/- Acres from the FDIC on Login Martin Lake, Pell City, AL.  Now selling 24 waterfront & interior lots in a beautiful, gated community.
